Diversity & Inclusion
Our Commitment
Here at Welcome Dose, we’re all about creating a place where everyone feels welcome, respected, and valued for who they are. We know that our different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences make us stronger, and we’re committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve.

What This Means
-
Everyone’s Welcome
We celebrate diversity in every form and work to create a team that’s as diverse as our customers. We welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences – everyone has a place here. -
Equal Opportunities for All
Your qualifications, talent, and drive are what matter to us. We don’t tolerate any form of discrimination in hiring, promotions, or any other part of the job. -
A Culture of Respect
We want everyone to feel safe being themselves at work. Discrimination, harassment, and exclusion have no place here. Respect is part of who we are. -
Learning Together
We’re committed to ongoing diversity and inclusion training, so we can keep learning, challenge our biases, and become better teammates. This is a journey we’re on together. -
Open and Honest Communication
We’re all about open conversations, whether it’s sharing ideas, feedback, or concerns. We’ve got channels in place for you to voice what’s on your mind, and we promise to listen.
Our Responsibility
Every one of us at Welcome Dose is responsible for upholding these values. Managers set the tone, and our HR team is here to support everyone with resources and guidance.

Keeping It Fresh
We’ll review this policy every year to make sure we’re on track with our diversity and inclusion goals.

Harassment Free Workplace
Our Commitment
At Welcome Dose, everyone has the right to feel safe, respected, and valued. We’re committed to keeping our workplace free from harassment of any kind – whether it’s sexual harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that makes someone feel uncomfortable or disrespected. We’re here to support a culture where people feel safe being themselves.

What We Mean by Harassment
Harassment can take many forms. It might be verbal comments, unwanted advances, jokes, gestures, or any other behavior that’s offensive or makes someone feel intimidated. Harassment can be based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or any other personal characteristic. Simply put: if it’s making someone uncomfortable, it has no place here.

Our Expectations
-
Mutual Respect
Treat everyone with respect. Be mindful of others’ boundaries and be considerate with your words and actions. It’s all about creating a positive, welcoming space for everyone. -
Zero Tolerance for Sexual Harassment
Unwanted advances, suggestive comments, inappropriate jokes, or any behavior of a sexual nature that creates an uncomfortable or unsafe environment are strictly off-limits. Consent and respect are essential. -
Speak Up & Take Action
If you experience or witness harassment, speak up. We have channels in place for reporting issues safely and confidentially. All reports will be taken seriously and handled promptly. -
No Retaliation
We’re committed to supporting anyone who raises a concern. Retaliation against anyone who reports harassment or participates in an investigation is prohibited and goes against everything we stand for.
Our Responsibility
Every team member plays a role in maintaining a harassment-free workplace. Managers are expected to set the example and act quickly if issues arise. Our HR team is here to provide support, resources, and guidance to address any concerns.

Keeping It Safe
We’ll review this policy annually to ensure it stays relevant and effective in supporting a safe, positive workplace.
