We've gone a bit fancy for the last of our Lockdown Love meal series! It's not any ordinary duck curry. This one features a whole confit duck maryland leg, drowned in the delicious red curry sauce (featured in week 5) with pineapple and lychees. Packaged cold with a serving of rice and steamed vegetables. Ready to heat and eat, or put it in the freezer for later. This meal is gluten and dairy free
