SHIPPING INFORMATION - WELCOME DOSE SPECIALTY COFFEE

 

DOMESTIC

*Note: Due to COVID-19 there are slightly longer delivery times, please allow 1-2 additional days for your order to arrive. Thanks!

 

All orders placed before 2pm Sunday, Monday and Tuesday will be roasted & dispatched within two business days. Orders placed after 2pm on Tuesday will be scheduled for roasting the following week.

 

We ship via standard parcels via AusPost which means we can ship to your home, office or PO Box. All orders sent via Standard Post should arrive within 2-5 working days depending on your location. You can find more information on Australia Post services here.

 

All Standard Post parcels <500g are charged at $6.95 Australia-wide! All Standard Post parcels >500g are calculated directly through the AusPost portal by weight & location.

 

Our express option is via the Star Track premium services. All prices are calculated directly through Star Track by weight & location.

 

FREE PICK UP

Free pick up is available from Welcome Dose Specialty Coffee. The operating hours of the cafe are from 7:30am - 2:30pm Monday to Sunday

 

 

All orders placed before 2pm Sunday, Monday and Tuesday will be roasted & and available for pick up within two business days. Orders placed after 2pm on Tuesday will be scheduled for roasting and available for pick up the following week.

 

Orders not collected within 3 weeks will be sadly discarded.

RETURN POLICY

If you received coffee that was not as per what you ordered (e.g. wrong product type, wrong grind), we take full responsibility and will replace it immediately. Please let us know via  hello@welcomedose.com.au or +61 406 166 267

 

If you purchased equipment that is faulty or broken, we’ll exchange, refund or credit your purchase within 14 days. (Please note this does not include equipment damaged by incorrect installation or maintenance.) 

 

For applicable returns, please contact hello@welcomedose.com.au with your name, purchase order and reason for the return. Please return the goods within 14 days of the ship date to: Welcome Dose Specialty Coffee, Shop 13, The Cannery, 61 - 71 Mentmore Ave, Rosebery 2018 . Goods must be returned in their packaging.

PRICING & GST

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. Unless stated otherwise prices are GST inclusive. 4 MILES SOUTH SPECIALTY COFFEE Pty Ltd (trading as Welcome Dose Specialty Coffee) will issue a Tax Invoice for all purchases.

For equipment faults after 14 days, please refer to your equipment product warranty and contact the equipment manufacturer/distributor directly. By using this site, you acknowledge that Welcome Dose Specialty Coffee shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of this site. The contents of this site are without warranties of any kind.

 

ERRORS & OMISSIONS

Welcome Dose Specialty Coffee endeavours to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices, we do however reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.

The site is protected by 256-Bit SSL security (the same as your bank and the Military use). Your information is transmitted using secure methods at all times, and in accordance with PCI recommendations. Administrative passwords are kept securely and changed every 90 days. Under PCI compliance regulations, your credit card details are transmitted securely and the complete Credit Card Numbers are obfuscated from the view of Welcome Dose staff.
